Disability + Intersectionality Reading Group

Disability+Intersectionality is a fortnightly reading group which meets to discuss key texts in critical disability studies, situating them within the broader context of the humanities and social sciences. Each session will focus on a theme and explore how disability intersects with categories such as gender, race, sexuality, and class. The group is currently on hiatus, but if you would like to see previous topics, find readings, and read blog posts about their discussions, all that and more can be found here.

In 2020, the group collaborated with  SOAS Crip Feminist reading group to run Criposium, a two-day virtual symposium on disability and intersectionality. For more information, including recordings of talks, please have a look at the Criposium blog.
